As part of the wellness packages, your team will have access to a host of 5 minute practices to use in or out of work with our app. From Yoga and Meditation to getting out in nature and connecting with loved ones more regularly. We can often over commit and fail to follow through with new things, so taking moments throughout the day is more achievable and makes a big difference.

We would love to bring your team together to show them a broad range of wellbeing practices in person. To help them to embrace new experiences and set intentions. Giving busy people time to step away and be truly present is a much needed gift. This is something very different to "away days" of the past. No laptops or power points will be required, instead we just ask for open minds and hearts.
