I am a Reiki Master and Sound Healer. I also guide intuitive, heart centred meditation.

Hi, I'm Clare and I joined the team in 2024. I am a Mindfulness and Yoga teacher and my passion is all things neuroscience!
I have been a parent carer for over 20 years
and started my own mindfulness journey in 2019 when I was struggling to cope with daily life. I know first hand how powerful mindfulness practices can be and love sharing them to help others.
We know busy, we started this business while working full time and juggling family commitments. We found the key to living a life we truly loved was learning what it is that brings us joy and making time for these things on a daily basis. Starting with just 5 mins a day you can take time for yourself and really see the benefits. We are passionate about giving you the tools to make that time for yourself and use it to improve your overall wellbeing. We know that your happiness and wellbeing impacts everyone around you and all areas of your life.
Why is wellness so important? When you prioritise wellness in your everyday life it will allow you to achieve so much more and to live with passion and purpose. Your reason to jump out of bed and make the most of every day, or curl up with a good book, what ever makes you feels good. Ultimately to say I lived happily. Wellness and wellbeing are key in all areas of your life, physically, emotionally, socially, intellectually and spirituality. Taking small steps in any of these areas will make a big difference. Many people go through life without considering what they truly want and how to make that happen. It's time to make a change.
Your wellness journey is much more likely to be long lasting if you are not alone and community is a key part of what we offer.
Having a space to connect and share the highs and lows of your journey with other like-minded women provides invaluable support. If you are signed up to our app, this has its own sharing section, and our Facebook community page is open to everyone!
Closer connections and long lasting friendships are formed when we’re able to come together in person at a Time Seekers event or retreat. We very much hope that we get to meet you in person!
