Join this 30 min yoga class at 6.30-7am Monday to Friday via Zoom.
Pay just £25 for the whole month, join as a many classes as you like.
You'll also be given access to over 100 classes on our app to use anytime, you'll even find classes recorded on my travels, including in beautiful Bali!

We will play with postures in pairs, you'll have the opportunity to ask questions and try new things with guidance and support.
Yoga is for every BODY. This gentle class is suitable for those who want to gain strength and movement without getting down on the ground for their practice.
This is a small and friendly class perfect for absolute beginners, including mindful movement, breathwork and gratitude practices.
A slow and gentle class, perfect for those with active lives. Relaxing into special postures can help to reduce stress and support emotional balance.
We will use props to support the body , working with the deep connective tissue and finding the right depth for each shape, learning to listen to the body.
Join us for this friendly class in the Earls Barton Library and community centre. All abilities welcome, practice at your own pace.
