Hi, my name is Jen and I am so excited you have got this far, this means you have recognised that you need something more for yourself, more time, more happiness, more connection. Myself and Jess created Time Seekers for this very reason, to help you find that magic time. I am a Reiki healer and meditation teacher, I love giving you the tools you need in your daily life to find joy.

Hi, I'm Jess and I am the co-creator of Time Seekers. I am a positively busy mum of two who I co-parent, I see the impact it has on my family when I take time for myself and can't wait to share my tried and tested daily practices with you. I am your Yoga Teacher and look forward to meeting you on the mat for our first practice.

We have the pleasure of working with other wonderful teachers too, Clare officially joined the team this year, around her life as a busy parent carer she brings kindness and wisdom to everything she does and we are so grateful that she is on this journey with us.

We all bring something different to the team and we believe that is part of the magic.
