The Weekend Reset
For two hours, you can switch off from everything outside the room and simply be.
We'll begin by settling into the space together with ceremonial cacao, before moving through a gentle, nourishing yoga practice.
From there, we'll slow things right down, getting completely comfortable and unwinding during our Sound Bath
