We are Time Seekers!
We know busy, we started this business while working full time and juggling family commitments. We found the key to living a life we truly loved was learning what it is that brings us joy and making time for these things on a daily basis. Starting with just 5 mins a day you can take time for yourself and really see the benefits. We are passionate about giving you the tools to make that time for yourself and use it to improve your overall wellbeing. We know that your happiness and wellbeing impacts everyone around you and all areas of your life.
Living with Passion & Purpose
Why is wellness so important? When you prioritise wellness in your everyday life it will allow you to achieve so much more and to live with passion and purpose. Your reason to jump out of bed and make the most of every day, or curl up with a good book, what ever makes you feels good. Ultimately to say I lived happily. Wellness and wellbeing are key in all areas of your life, physically, emotionally, socially, intellectually and spirituality. Taking small steps in any of these areas will make a big difference. Many people go through life without considering what they truly want and how to make that happen. It's time to make a change.
Our Communities
Your wellness journey is much more likely to be long lasting if you are not alone. Having a space to connect with other like minded people is so important, feeling seen and heard. Community is a key part of what we offer.
Our community is different. Our wonderful members community includes weekly zooms, a sharing space in our app and a private Facebook group. We love to be able to connect on a daily basis. Seeing people feeling inspired to do more for themselves and sharing their challenges too. We come together at Time Seekers events and retreats to form closer connections and long lasting friendships.
